Good questions. Clear answers.

A few things to know before you send a request. If you’re unsure, just tell us what’s happening.

Before you get started

Choose the closest service or describe the issue in your own words. We review the request and help you find the right next step.

Does the form create an appointment automatically?

No. Public requests become reviewable prospects only. Staff reviews fit before any booking, ticket, customer record, or payment path is created.

What should I avoid sending?

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, one-time codes, card details, private records, or confidential device/account access information.

Can I request an appointment?

Yes. The request form includes an appointment request option. Staff still reviews the summary first so the next step fits the issue.

Can you help if I am not sure what service fits?

Yes. Describe what is happening in plain language. The form highlights a likely service area, and staff can adjust it after review.

What kinds of work belong here?

Device repair and diagnostics, setup or transfer, business support, data or recovery triage, account and device safety, and care-plan requests.
